Ti Kuan Yin Oolong 20 grams

Ti Kuan Yin is a variety of the tea plant and originates from the coastal province of Fujian in southeastern China. The name means something like “goddess of mercy”. Ti Kuan Yin is considered one of the 10 most famous Chinese teas. Preparation: Use 12-15 grams of tea per liter of water and pour over soft, no longer boiling water (ideal temperature 60-90 degrees Celsius) and let it brew for 2 to 3 minutes. Always store in a cool, dry, airtight and lightproof place.
