We have designed this seasoning blend to work well with lamb. This rub is part of wider British BBQ Range. The selection includes a sweet, spicy & medium spice jam. Collaborating with Halen Môn Anglesey Sea Salt PDO, these salts can be used to season meat and vegetables but also as a finishing salt. Perfect for enhancing genuine BBQ flavours. With fellow Cotswold’s producer, Cotswold Gold, the BBQ Oils can be used to cover the meat before and baste during grilling.
