This rub is part of our wider British BBQ Range. They are specifically paired to work with certain meats and fish and not to overpower. The BBQ Jams are to be used as a condiment or a last-minute glaze. The selection includes a sweet, spicy & medium spice jam. Collaborating with Halen Môn Anglesey Sea Salt PDO, these salts can be used to season meat and vegetables but also as a finishing salt. Perfect for enhancing genuine BBQ flavours. With fellow Cotswold’s producer, Cotswold Gold, the BBQ Oils can be used to cover the meat before and baste during grilling.
