We don’t blame you for being intrigued by this… Our Roast Dinner Dust is an all-purpose seasoning, mainly intended for your ‘Yorkies’, Gravy & Veggies. This seasoning blend has a fragrant, Umami flavour which ensures the ultimate British roast! Our Roast Dinner Dust is an Umami seasoning with the star of the show being an award-winning sea salt blended with cayenne and garlic, which is intended to add great flavour to every part of your roast dinner! We recommend using the Dust on your veggies, ‘Yorkies’, and even use it as a base for the gravy. This Dust is part of our wider British Roast Range. Our British Roast Range was launched in 2017 with the inspiration being, our Director, wanted to provide quality products that uplifted the traditional roast dinner. After some research and talking with customers and suppliers, we discovered that there was a sense of ‘tiredness’ with the traditional roast dinner, so we wanted to liven up some of the trimmings and classic dishes. Ross Bearman, our Director, said: “The British typically love a roast dinner and I wanted to create products that provided a lot more flavour and uplifted the traditional Sunday roast.
