100% French origin To be used as mucilage or sprinkled dry in soups, salads and pancakes.    Recipe idea: PUDDING WITH CHIA SEEDS, RED FRUITS AND SKYR Adapt the choice of fruit according to the season!     15g of chia seeds – 100ml of vegetable milk – 2 tsp of maple syrup – 125g of red fruits – 1 0% fromage blanc or Skyr - a ½ handful of granola • The evening before or 1 hour before eating, mix the chia seeds and milk in a bowl. 

Let rest. •Heat the fruit in a saucepan with the maple syrup until you obtain a compote. •Add the fromage blanc, pour the compote over the chia seeds then add the granola.
