Organic Patagonian Honey is a golden and clear honey. Floral species such as Ulmo (Eucryphia cordifolia), Willow (Salix), Tiaca (Caldcluvia paniculata), Tineo (Weinmannia trichosperma) and Ollivo (Aextoxicon punctatum) may predominate. This is a very floral honey, sweet with aniseed notes (Ulmo and Tiaca) and very fresh on the palate (presence of Willow). Its taste remains powerful and intense. Patagonian honey is harvested in the Lake Ranco region, in the municipality of Riñinahue, 40th parallel South... Chilean Patagonia starting just below the 35th parallel South!
