Our reddish-brown to black Kalamata olives are grown on the Peloppones peninsula, in the Kalamta region. The naturally ripened, very aromatic and fruity olives are lovingly harvested by hand. They are then pickled (in water and sea salt) in large vats to debitter them. This process can take several weeks. Only then are the olives edible. Our Kalamata olives are filled into jars exclusively with a brine consisting of water, wine vinegar, sea salt, olive oil and herbs. 100% natural product without pasteurization and without coloring and preservatives
