In its sliced format keep cold between 4º-10º. TASTING NOTE The Segundín Bellota 50% Iberian Shoulder is characterized by an incredible juiciness, which is shown in the mouth when the infiltrated fat melts, releasing all its flavor. PAIRING The 50% Iberico Bellota Segundín Shoulder pairs perfectly with young and fruity wines, especially from the Cabernet Sauvignon variety, although our best recommendation is to accompany it with a good Fino or Manzanilla.
