Colorful shortbread FISH

Our little colorful fish are made from a slightly lemony shortcrust pastry.   Once detailed, one by one, with a cookie cutter and baked, they will then be colored using royal icing.   Artisanal manufacturing, 100% handmade, makes our little fish unique biscuits with a very varied range of colors depending on the production.
