Colostrum

French colostrum of animal origin, from cows raised on small family farms (as is the case 100m from our office). Colostrum is the “milk of the first days”, before milk production, and therefore extremely rich in protein. High quality, it is collected in the first 12 hours for maximum immunoglublin density. Siho colostrum has an exceptional nutritional content: 50% IgG as well as many other nutrients: IgA, IgE, IgM, Il-1, Il-6 and Il-10, growth factors IgF-1 and IgF-2 , PRP, Lactoferrin or even l-carnitine. All this gives it exceptional nutritional qualities, helping natural defenses and digestion. Guaranteed without pasteurization, it is nevertheless free of bacteria, germs and other pathogens. Thanks to this unique process it retains all its initial qualities. Coming from dairy cows, it contains lactose as well as casein, but in small quantities. Thanks to lactase enzymes which help digest milk, there should be no intolerance when ingesting it.
