Siho offers food supplements based on medicinal and adaptogenic mushrooms.
The company was born from the story of its founder, Jean-Christophe, who after experiencing immense digestive problems associated with fatigue, finally resolved his problems at the beginning of 2020 with little-known supplements and an adapted lifestyle. He therefore wanted to share his knowledge with as many people as possible by creating Siho.
Siho to go... as high as possible. So high. The name was a given.
In 2023, these natural food supplements, primarily shilajit and hericium, are all the rage.
Siho sources only the highest quality nutrients to meet current needs: lack of energy, concentration, memory or even digestion.
We never use chemicals, fillers, preservatives, additives or sugars in our products. All our supplements are vegan and selected locally. We therefore work directly with the producer, as close as possible to the raw material.
All our supplements are packaged in Brittany, as are the design and printing of the labels. As for our very special pots (made of hyper-resistant ultraviolet glass), they are made in Germany.
Since August 2020, Siho has been based on two values:
