•140x200 cm in size • hand-woven blanket made of natural cotton • perfect as a bedspread or eye-catcher on the sofa • lovingly packaged plastic-free • 100% handmade and fair trade Woven on a traditional wooden loom, each of these locally sourced cotton blankets is lovingly handcrafted with passion for detail by skilled weavers.    A minimalist woven zigzag pattern and long fringes give the blanket a pleasant lightness, so it can be used all year round, whether in your home in winter or outside in summer.   It will definitely be one of your favorite pieces, and especially when combined with our pillows, it is pure boho!    Please hand wash cold only, do not bleach and do not dry in the sun. -------------------------------------------------- ------------------- Mass weight: Length x width: 140x200 cm Weight: 0.70kg -------------------------------------------------- ------------------- Material: cotton Our blankets are made from plant fibers.   They therefore smell and feel wonderfully natural.    We use cotton from local farmers in Java for our products.   The cotton fields are naturally fertilized and the cotton bolls are picked by hand.   The cotton is then separated from the capsule in a ginning machine.   The cotton obtained is pressed into bales, combed and spun into yarn by hand.   After the yarn has been spun, the craftsmen process it by hand on traditional wooden looms.   Cotton is characterized by its absorbency and skin-friendliness.   Our cotton is not chemically processed and is therefore not suitable for the tumble dryer.   The products should be ironed at low temperatures. -------------------------------------------------- ------------------- Place of production: This blanket is handmade in Java, Indonesia.   When selecting our local producers, we value fair pay and good working conditions.   Only adult and experienced artisans work in the companies from which we purchase our goods.   No harmful chemicals are used during production.   Since all work steps are carried out by hand, the production process hardly produces any greenhouse gas emissions.   We ensure all of this through regular on-site visits and ongoing personal contact with the companies.
