RAW cocoa beans - 150 g

Raw cocoa beans of the “Nacional” variety from Ecuador.  These beans are grown by a group of farmers in the province of Esmeraldas.  Their taste is sweet, fruity and floral without bitterness.  They can be used in any culinary recipe or can be eaten as is.
