Exclusive series of high quality berber baskets - unique to a specific region and community in Morocco: mostly big, sturdy, in beautiful intricate patterns and colors. These are really cute mini versions. Last June, our road trip in the enchanting south of Morocco uncovered a hidden gem—a village where the ancient tradition of basket weaving had almost disappeared. Touched by their determination to rebuild their beloved Kasbah, we joined forces. We pledged to support their craftsmanship, buying all their new baskets. The result? Skilled female weavers from four villages reignited their time-honored craft! Today, we proudly present their exquisite handiwork, a symbol of resilience, tradition, and hope. What's even more remarkable is that these villages have revived their income and are restoring their beloved Kasbah through this rediscovered specialty.
