Pull Rub

The spice mixture consists of i.a. brown sugar, paprika, garlic and cayenne pepper. This rub is great for anything from spare ribs, pulled pork, chicken wings, whole chicken or maybe a few spicy meatballs or skewers. Add a little olive oil to the rub´ and then you have a fantastic marinade for your barbecue meat.
