The Duckstein salt "beech wood" is cold-smoked with beech wood in a very complex, multi-stage process. This special smoking process with precisely controlled temperatures and the movement during the smoking process gives the smoked salt its extraordinary, sweet, even smoke aroma and its special character.Duckstein Rotblond Original is a top-fermented beer specialty with a caramel-like note, matured on beech wood. Duckstein tastes particularly good with strong and spicy dishes such as braised, grilled and smoked dishes. In order to take these dishes to a new level, we have developed the Duckstein "Beechwood" smoked salt together with Spicebar. The smoky beechwood aromas of the salt harmonize perfectly with the roasted beechwood notes of Duckstein Rotblond Original, which are created by aging the beer on beechwood.
