Our really extraordinary Green Laos Curry is a homage to the relatively unknown, but nevertheless very exciting Laotian cuisine. This delicately piquant mixture brings an interesting, fruity-lemon note and a wonderful scent of mint.Galangal from the ginger family is highly valued in Laos. It was also one of the most important ingredients in Hildegard von Bingen's recipes more than 1000 years ago. Its scent is reminiscent of domestic mustard, it is similarly pungent as ginger.Ideal for fish, chicken and – typically Lao – water buffalo. Well then: „khuaamsuk danoahan khongthan“.
