
Green curry is a spice blend very popular in Thailand and India. We have developed it on a base of holy basil (Tulsi) which is a medicinal plant highly prized in South Asia due to its many virtues. HASthe authentic and tasty flavor, it is the result of a subtle blend of 16 very high quality plants, spices and algae. To use, reconstitute a green curry paste with vegetable oil. Thai green curry chicken is a must-have, but it's totally possible to extend its use to your vegetables, fish or soups. Use: to fully enjoy its flavor, it is important to heat your green curry paste in your pan/casserole for a minute. When its flavors are heightened, add your vegetables and/or your meat, mix well to coat your food, then add your liquid (eg: coconut milk). No additives, no coloring, no preservatives, non-GMO and non-irradiated. Origin: made in our workshop in Normandy Allergens: SULPHITES.
