Nori seaweed is the most consumed seaweed in the world and the second richest edible seaweed in protein. Toasted and combined with smoked salt, it expresses itself fully. Our roasted sesame Nori seaweed & smoked salt wonderfully flavors fish, broths, salads, bread and vegetables. Use it at the end of cooking or when serving and only add salt sparingly to your dish. No additives, no coloring, no preservatives, non-GMO and non-irradiated. Origin: handmade in our workshop in Normandy.
