Roasted sesame - Yuzu

Yuzu is the essential citrus fruit of Japanese gastronomy. To make our roasted sesame with Yuzu, we selected a freeze-dried yuzu peel powder, this powder of exceptional quality brings freshness, sweetness and little bitterness. This very delicate sesame goes well with seafood, white meats, creams, tarts, chocolate and red fruits. Preferably use it for dressing as it cannot be cooked. No additives, no coloring, no preservatives, non-GMO and non-irradiated. Origin: handmade in our workshop in Normandy.
