Roasted sesame - Yuzu

Yuzu is the essential citrus fruit of Japanese gastronomy. To make our roasted sesame with Yuzu, we have selected a whole yuzu powder. Much less bitter than the yuzu bark alone, this exceptionally high quality powder brings freshness, sweetness and little bitterness. This extremely delicate sesame accompanies seafood, white meats, creams, pies, chocolate and red fruits. Prefer use to dressing because it does not support cooking. 100% natural: no additives, no coloring, no preservatives, no GMOs and no irradiation. Origin: handcrafted in our workshop in Normandy.
