Roasted sesame - Matcha green tea

Matcha is not just a tea, it is a superfood that has 137 times more catechin - an antioxidant - than a common green tea. Our sesame is made from Japanese matcha green tea with exceptional organoleptic qualities. A quality reserved for the tea ceremony, which is far from a simple “baking” quality, and which gives our sesame a great delicacy with little bitterness. Sprinkle it easily on your salads or bruschetta; incorporate it into the mixture of your cakes and financiers. ÉAvoid direct cooking (frying pan) which would be too aggressive. No additives, no coloring, no preservatives, non-GMO and non-irradiated. Origin: handmade in our workshop in Normandy.
