Roasted sesame - Matcha green tea

Matcha isn't just a tea, it's a superfood that has 137 times more catechins - an antioxidant - than a common green tea. Our sesame is made from matcha green tea from Japan (organic) with exceptional organoleptic qualities. A quality reserved for the tea ceremony, which is far from a simple "pastry" quality, and which offers our sesame great delicacy with little bitterness. Sprinkle it easily in your salads or bruschetta; incorporate it into your cakes and financiers. Avoid direct cooking (pan) which would be too aggressive. 100% natural: no additives, no coloring, no preservatives, no GMOs and no irradiation. Origin: handcrafted in our workshop in Normandy.
