A sesame that might seem “classic”, and yet it is of great sentimental value. Beyond its captivating fragrance, Madras curry is one of the first spice blends we developed and it is the one that inspired us to create this unique range of fragrant sesame seeds. This balanced blend of 15 spices has a warm but not very spicy flavor. Our Madras Curry flavored sesame embodies simplicity in its purest form. Feel free to sprinkle it wherever you like; ideally at the end of cooking. No additives, no coloring, no preservatives, non-GMO and non-irradiated. Origin: handmade in our workshop in Normandy.
