
Our red curry is a complex blend of 19 high quality spices and herbs. It contains -among other things- galangal, lemongrass and kaffir lime. An exceptional blend that is authentic and will take you on a journey. Just like with green curry, the ideal is to reconstitute a red curry paste with vegetable oil. To do this, simply take the amount of powder you need, then gradually add a little oil while mixing until you obtain a pasty, slightly oily texture. To fully enjoy its flavor, it is important to heat your red curry paste in your pan/casserole for a minute. When its flavors are heightened, add your vegetables and/or your meat, mix well to coat your food, then add your coconut milk. No additives, no coloring, no preservatives, non-GMO and non-irradiated.
