Our organic mildly spiced curry paste will give all your dishes an authentic Indian taste. Its composition is inspired by traditional recipes from North India gleaned during numerous travels. It combines several spices including coriander, cumin, cinnamon, turmeric and a hint of chilli, fresh ginger, garlic and onions. Very slightly spicy, it suits most palates. Easy to use, it is designed to make cooking easier for you, it will allow you to make delicious Indian recipes in a minimum of time: vegetable curry, curry sauces for meat and fish, dahl of red lentils or chickpeas, marinades … You just need to add it to your dishes at the rate of one to two teaspoons per person. This 100% vegetable recipe is perfect for a vegetarian or vegan diet.
