Madras curry

Our madras curry is sweet and tasty. It is made from 15 high quality spices and herbs. It contains -among others- turmeric, coriander, Ceylon cinnamon, yellow mustard, black pepper from Madagascar, kaloupilé and fleur de sel from Guérande. This mild curry is very easy to use. This is a safe bet with which you are unlikely to go wrong. Generally, one to two teaspoons is enough to flavor a dish. To fully enjoy its flavor, it is important to heat your Madras curry in your pan / casserole dish for a minute with a drizzle of vegetable oil (ideally olive oil). When its flavors are heightened, add your vegetables and / or your meat, mix well to coat your food, then continue your preparation. Traditionally, it is the perfect flavor for lamb curry or lentil curry. On a daily basis, you can easily use it everywhere: meat, fish, seafood, vegetables, soups… It is a “go-anywhere” mixture that sublimates the simplest dishes and that is suitable for everyone, especially children because it is very mild. 100% natural: no additives, no coloring, no preservatives, no GMOs and no irradiation.
