Madagascan wild pepper was revealed a few years ago. More and more present among gourmets, it seduces with its freshness, as well as its woody and fruity flavor. It enhances grilled red meats, semi-cooked foie gras, red fruits and chocolate. Crush it at the time of use. A coarse grinding allows the maximum development of its aromas. Prefer to use it at the end of cooking or during dressing.
