Black Pepper from Kampot IGP

IGP Kampot pepper has made its way into the world of gastronomy. To obtain these magnificent black grains, the green grains are harvested when fully ripe and dried in the sun for several days. Its fragrance, both intense and refined, offers a flowery flavor with subtle notes of eucalyptus.
