This renowned black pepper that comes to us from the Malabar coast (India) is extremely fine, it has subtle sweet, woody and fruity notes reminiscent of cocoa and tonka bean. The MG1 grade (Malabar Garbled 1) represents the highest quality. You can use it everyday like a classic black pepper, but it spices up white meats, poultry and vegetables particularly well. It will enhance your Saint-Jacques and your seasonal veloutés. Like most black peppers, you can pair it with fruit and chocolate sparingly.
