
Dukkah is a mixture that originated in the Middle East. We made it from hazelnuts and almonds which we delicately roast and then crush. HAS To these, we add other roasted seeds: sesame, coriander, cumin… as well as sweet paprika, fleur de sel from Guérande and black pepper from Madagascar. Simply sprinkled, it brings a lot of deliciousness to vegetables, starchy foods, salads and fresh cheeses. Its traditional use with bread (flatbread) previously soaked in (good) olive oil for an aperitif has its effect. No additives, no coloring, no preservatives, non-GMO and non-irradiated. Origin: made in our workshop in Normandy Allergens: SESAME, HAZELNUT, ALMOND. Possible traces of other nuts, peanuts, mustard, celery, sulfites (naturally present in garlic, onion, shallot, etc.)). Storage: Store away from air, humidity, light and heat.
