Trapper's Maple Spices

Inspired by Quebec, the trapper is the result of the subtle combination of salt and maple sugar, then spices were added. We have developed our trapper blend from maple sugar nuggets from the Far North and IGP Guérande fleur de sel. To flavor it, we added - among other things - crushed coriander seeds, sweet ancho pepper and Malabar black pepper. Its flavor is sweet and refined. It goes well with meats, especially grilled meats and marinades, as well as fresh cheeses. Its best pairing is probably with salmon. No additives, no coloring, no preservatives, non-GMO and non-irradiated. Origin: made in our workshop in Normandy Allergens: SULPHITES. Possible traces of sesame, nuts, peanuts, mustard, celery. Storage: Store away from air, humidity, light and heat.
