Grandma's Steak Spices

Steak spices are popular in Quebec and are composed mainly of salt to be used in Rub (dry marinade). Our recipe was developed at the request of a chef and based on his grandmother's recipe. Composed of about fifteen spices, this finely crushed blend does not contain fleur de sel. It will sublimate your pieces of meat and more. Composition: blend of high quality spices (including: Malabar black pepper, semolina onion, rosemary from Provence, marjoram from Provence and other spices…).
