Steak spices are popular in Quebec and are composed mainly of salt to be used in Rub (dry marinade). Our recipe was developed at the request of a chef and based on his grandmother's recipe. Composed of around fifteen spices, this finely crushed blend does not contain fleur de sel. It will enhance your cuts of meat and more. Origin: developed and assembled in our workshop in Normandy Without additives, colorants or preservatives Storage: store away from air, humidity, light and heat. Allergen: MUSTARD, SULPHITES.
