California rub

The Rub comes from the English "to rub" which means to rub. Also called “rubbing spices” or “rubbing salt”, it is most often used in a dry marinade. The principle is to apply the Rub directly to the food without mixing it with oil or any other liquid. It is essential for an American grill. Its primary function is to flavor meats without distorting them. Its use can extend to fish or vegetables / starches. We wanted to create our California Rub in the image of the fusion cuisine that is the richness of Californian cuisine. A subtle marriage between Santa Maria BBQ, Mexican cuisine and French cuisine; which will enhance your cold cuts, your meats and your vegetables, and which is a sublime masterpiece. 100% natural: no additives, no coloring, no preservatives, no GMOs and no irradiation.
