Brazil Rub

The Rub comes from the English "to rub" which means to rub. Also called “rubbing spices” or “rubbing salt”, it is most often used in a dry marinade. The principle is to apply the Rub directly to the food without mixing it with oil or any other liquid. It is essential for an American grill. Its primary function is to flavor meats without distorting them. Its use can extend to fish or vegetables / starches. In Brazil, each region has developed its specialty. In the north, fruits and seafood are in the spotlight while in the south it is Feijoada (Portuguese cassoulet) and Churrasco (barbecue prepared by the Cowboys of the Pampa). We imagined our Brazil Rub by creating a fusion of these two influences, to offer you a Rub with citrus notes that adapts to meats as well as fish. 100% natural: no additives, no coloring, no preservatives, no GMOs and no irradiation.
