Louisiana Rub

The Rub comes from the English "to rub" which means to rub. Also called “rubbing spices” or “rubbing salt”, it is most often used in a dry marinade. The principle is to apply the Rub directly to the food without mixing it with oil or any other liquid. It is essential for an American grill. Its primary function is to flavor meats without distorting them. Its use can extend to fish or vegetables / starches. To stay true to the Bayou cuisine, we have developed our Louisiana Rub so that it is a go-anywhere and that it can be used with all kinds of grills. It will delicately scent your meats, fish and vegetables. 100% natural: no additives, no coloring, no preservatives, no GMOs and no irradiation.
