Argentina Rub

The Rub comes from the English "to rub" which means to rub. Also called “rubbing spices” or “rubbing salt”, it is most often used in a dry marinade. The principle is to apply the Rub directly to the food without mixing it with oil or any other liquid. It is essential for an American grill. Its primary function is to flavor meats without distorting them. Its use can extend to fish or vegetables / starches. Argentinian cuisine is generous, but very little flavored. Spices are rarely used, only a few herbs and sweet pepper can bring a little flavor. To develop our Argentina Rub, we were inspired by the chimichurri sauce (base of aromatic herbs and sweet pepper). It is a Rub of great sweetness that will seduce fine and delicate palates. 100% natural: no additives, no coloring, no preservatives, no GMOs and no irradiation. Origin: made in our workshop in Normandy Allergens: may contain traces of nuts, mustard, peanuts and sesame. Storage: store away from air, humidity, light and heat.
