Free Tester Pouch for purchases of 6 or more. 12 Bags purchased = 1 FREE Rub comes from the English “to rub” which means to rub. Also called “rubbing spice” or “rubbing salt”, it is most often used in dry marinades. The principle is to apply the Rub directly to the food without mixing it with oil or any other liquid. It is a must-have for an American-style grill. Its primary function is to flavor meats without altering them. Its use can extend to fish or vegetables/starches. Argentine cuisine is generous, but very little seasoned. Spices are rarely used, only a few herbs and sweet peppers add a bit of flavor. To create our Argentina Rub, we took inspiration from chimichurri sauce (based on aromatic herbs and sweet pepper). This is a very smooth Rub that will seduce fine and delicate palates.
