Smoky Beef Rub is a smoky, fresh and fruity blend of spices, with a touch of Mexican Chipotle pepper to rub on a piece of beef, before cooking on the barbecue, on the plancha, in the oven or in the pan. Indispensable to any BBQ recipe that should be used, “rub spices”, “Dry Rub”, or quite simply “dry marinade”, add a lot when preparing the meat. It is necessary to rub the meat with the mixture as for a massage, so that the spices penetrate and give a real taste to the meat. Use the Smoky Beef Rub in a dry marinade, or mix it with oil, mustard, or ketchup sauce. Ideally, marinate for 3 hours to overnight in the fridge.
