
This blend is the delicate alliance of the saline crystallization of fleur de sel, harvested in Guérande in France, with the aromatic and herbaceous flavors of our wild zaatar. In the Middle East, it is common for zaatar to be salted and thus used as a daily seasoning. By creating this mixture, we wanted to highlight the essential role of the two spices in these two gastronomies. Guérande fleur de sel, known for its crunchy and incomparable texture, is balanced with the fresh notes of Zaatar Sauvage. This combination creates a rich and complex taste profile, where the crunch and saltiness of fleur de sel enhance the woody and slightly lemony aromas of zaatar.
