Zaatar that smells of the garden

Depending on the region, it is called zaatar, za'atar, or even zahtar: over there, in the Middle East, there is no hummus, roasted vegetables, fresh cheeses, or pieces of bread soaked in olive oil. olive, which are not delicately sprinkled with this tasty wild mixture! But this zaatar is not from there! It's a local zaatar that smells of the garden!! We replaced sumac and sesame (because not local) with bitter oranges from the garden and sunflower seeds (French and organic). There is no doubt that these frank flavors will make your plates travel far and wide, but without leaving the garden! ----- A staple of Lebanese cuisine, zaatar is a condiment usually made from thyme, sumac, sesame, and salt, but there are actually countless zaatar recipes! The spices, herbs, seeds and fruits that we use in our zaatar recipes come from the garden or are from French organic farming. We particularly like to work with edible “weeds” from the garden because these plants have extraordinary nutritional qualities, proven therapeutic benefits, and in addition, incredible flavors! In terms of proportion, count 1 teaspoon of zaatar for a dish of 2-3 people. ---- 100% vegetable product, origin France, gluten-free, without colorings, without preservatives, without artificial flavors, without added sugar, low in salt and fat, and compatible with a vegan diet.
