The Rub comes from the English "to rub" which means to rub. Also called “rubbing spices” or “rubbing salt”, it is most often used in a dry marinade. The principle is to apply the Rub directly to the food without mixing it with oil or any other liquid. It is essential for an American grill. Its primary function is to flavor meats without distorting them. Its use can extend to fish or vegetables / starches. To develop our Mexican Rub, we wanted to honor the cradle of Mexican cuisine. Composed of 5 Mexican peppers and inspired by the famous "Mole Negro", this rubbing of spices raised but without excess will bring an authentic flavor to your grilled chicken. 100% natural: no additives, no coloring, no preservatives, no GMOs and no irradiation.
