Free Tester Pouch for purchases of 6 or more. 12 Bags purchased = 1 FREE Rub comes from the English “to rub” which means to rub. Also called “rubbing spice” or “rubbing salt”, it is most often used in dry marinades. The principle is to apply the Rub directly to the food without mixing it with oil or any other liquid. It is a must-have for an American-style grill. Its primary function is to flavor meats without altering them. Its use can extend to fish or vegetables/starches. It was in the heart of the second largest protected wilderness area in the United States that we sought inspiration to develop our "Salmon Rub". The Salmon River is a 426-mile (684 km) river that flows east to west through Idaho before emptying into the Snake River, which forms the western border with Oregon. This stretch of wilderness has a rich wildlife base, as well as most of the salmon in the Columbia River watershed, which is as large as most of Idaho. Rainbow trout is also very present. It is therefore to accompany salmon and trout that we have developed this blend. Made with wild thyme, toasted spices and seaweed, our Salmon Rub will gently and roundly flavor your grills and papillotes. No additives, no coloring, no preservatives, non-GMO and non-irradiated.
