Salmon Rub

The Rub comes from the English "to rub" which means to rub. Also called “rubbing spices” or “rubbing salt”, it is most often used in a dry marinade. The principle is to apply the Rub directly to the food without mixing it with oil or any other liquid. It is essential for an American grill. Its primary function is to flavor meats without distorting them. Its use can extend to fish or vegetables / starches. It is in the heart of the second largest protected wilderness in the United States that we sought inspiration to develop our "Salmon Rub". The Salmon River is a 684 km river that crosses Idaho from east to west before emptying into the Snake River which forms the western border with Oregon. This strip of wilderness has rich wildlife, as well as most of the salmon in the Columbia Watershed (river) which is as large as almost all of Idaho. The rainbow trout is also very present. It is therefore to accompany salmon and trout that we have developed this blend. Composed of wild thyme, toasted spices and seaweed, our Salmon Rub will sweetly and round your grilled meats and papillotes. 100% natural: no additives, no coloring, no preservatives, no GMOs and no irradiation.
