Four "classic" spices

Widely used in French cuisine, “four spices” is composed of pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. Its warm and spicy flavor is suitable for both savory and sweet dishes. They flavor - among other things - meats, terrines, fruits and the famous gingerbread. Origin: developed and assembled in our workshop in Normandy No additives, no colorings, no preservatives. Storage: Store away from air, humidity, light and heat. Allergens: Possible traces of sesame, nuts, peanuts, mustard, celery, sulfites (naturally present in garlic, onion, shallot).
