Organic Sweet Curry Paste

Our organic mild curry paste will give all your dishes an authentic Indian taste. Its composition is inspired by traditional recipes from Kerala, in southern India. It combines sweet spices, fresh ginger, lemon and coconut cooked with onions. Adapted to the most delicate palates, it is without chilli or garlic. Very easy to use, designed to make cooking easier for you, it will allow you to make delicious Indian recipes in the blink of an eye: vegetable curry, curry sauces for meat and fish, coral lentil (dahl) or pea curry chickpeas, marinades… You just need to add it to your dishes during cooking at the rate of one to two teaspoons per person. Certified organic farming and under mention Nature & Progrès, it is prepared by hand in our premises in Serralongue in the Pyrénées Orientales.
