Whiskey pepper, what's that supposed to be? Many connoisseurs ask themselves this question when they come into contact with this gem for the first time. This is the whiskey pepper, pickled and matured in the best Scottish organic whisky, dried according to a sophisticated concept in order to preserve all the aromas. What remains is always astonishment and amazement, which gives way to admiration. With its sweet whiskey note, the whiskey pepper has earned more than just a place in the top ranks. The whiskey pepper comes in an aroma can with an additional aroma sachet. We recommend taking only small amounts at a time and grinding them fresh in order to optimally preserve the top note and the body. Our insider tip: Pasta with fresh olive oil, some garlic, sea salt and whiskey pepper, and a little Parmesan if you like. That's it! A particular challenge is drying. After many trials we found a good way to bind the flavors on the pepper to create an exceptional product. We are very proud of reports in Stern, Feinschmecker and various other magazines.
