Black Pepper Whiskey

Ingredients: Whiskey Black Pepper. Highly aromatic Tellicherry black pepper from India's Malabar coast meets the finest oak-barreled Bourbon whisky. The pepper is soaked in whiskey in our factory for at least 7 days, then turned several times a day, drained and immediately packed - this is the only way to preserve the strong aroma of the pepper whiskey. By inserting the pepper into the whiskey, it has an alcohol content of 8.9% vol. 32% humidity, so it is very soft and can even be easily rubbed between the fingers or crushed in a mortar. Due to its high alcohol content, pepper has a very long shelf life (about 2 years). This exquisite pepper must be stored in an airtight, dry and dark place so that it does not lose its aroma and cannot change. It is best stored in the Biova GmbH buckets or in a closed glass in a dark place. Whiskey pepper is the perfect accompaniment to dark meats, especially short roast beef steaks or carpaccio. In addition, this extraordinary pepper can also be combined with quite unusual dishes. Whiskey pepper on ripe fruit, or with dark chocolate - why not?
