Alfajores are typical "cookies" from Argentina, they look like macaroons, however they are not the same at all. Are they better? it's up to you to taste and say it! The dough is made with cornstarch. CORDOBÉS: soft cake filled with quince paste or sweet potato. It is covered with a sour glaze.
