Sunshine for Breakfast is a Bristol based illustration business, inspired by positive words, mindfulness and nature.
The idea for Sunshine for Breakfast began after founder Jodie was struggling with mental health, finding medicine in making others smile by creating hand painted greetings cards for friends and family. Through brightening someone’s day by popping a positive message in the post, brought just as much happiness to send out into the world, as friends did receiving them. This mindfulness and positive energy, offers a little Sunshine for Breakfast whilst people opened their post in the mornings.
Products have evolved to include nature inspired illustrations, painted with watercolour or gouache, or digital sketches. Many designs are inspired by mindfulness, to encourage a moment of pause. All products in the Sunshine for Breakfast range are designed and printed in the UK.
