Artichoke cream with truffle 100g

The subtlety of the truffle combined with the sweetness of the artichoke gave birth to this creamy cream. It is perfect to spread as an aperitif on our sheets of bread or our cutlets.   It can also be enjoyed as an aperitif on a foie gras toast or in cooking in fresh pasta. 
 Made in an artisanal way in Piedmont.
