Tomato sauce with arrabiata - 200g

Original Mediterranean sauce very typical of Italian cuisine. The arrabbiata sauce, literally the "angry sauce" originates from Rome, and is well representative of the character of the Romans: passionate, irritable, warm... Be careful though… 15% chilli! It is an excellent accompaniment to fresh pasta or vegetable soups.
