Handcrafted, with bronze molds, our pasta is slightly rough to allow your sauce to wrap well. Organic and tasty, we have selected a durum wheat from southern Italy for its protein and fiber content. No additional material in our pasta, they are healthy, simple and effective. We have added 3% organic turmeric which will bring sunshine to your plate! Ideal with fish, shellfish and white meat
