Bottarga with harissa

Our harissa boutargue is used exactly like truffles, that is to say cut or grated into thin slices. It can be eaten just sliced or served on a toast of toasted and buttered bread, or added to the dish after presentation, such as garlic pasta where bottarga and harissa can go perfectly together.
